Never underestimate someone who has learned how to keep going without being watched.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
There is a particular kind of strength in the person who keeps going when there is no audience, no praise, and no one checking. They are not being carried by attention, which means nothing external has to cooperate for them to continue. That makes them very hard to discourage and very hard to outlast. It rarely looks impressive from outside, which is part of why it is so often underestimated.
Ask what you would still do if no one ever knew about it. Whatever survives that question is worth building your week around. The unwitnessed work is the part that nobody can take away or interrupt.
What do you keep doing when there is no audience at all?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
