Hard workers are usually honest. Industry lifts them above temptation.

RESILIENCE
Work that fully occupies you leaves little appetite for shortcuts. Scheming takes time, attention and a certain restlessness, and someone absorbed in doing a thing well usually has none of the three going spare. That says less about the moral quality of the busy than about what fills a life. Give a capable person real work and the crooked route stops being interesting.
If you find yourself tempted to cut a corner, look first at whether you are bored or underused rather than at your own character. Boredom explains a surprising amount of bad behaviour. Ask for harder work before you find something worse to do with the spare capacity.
What temptation loses its grip when you are busy working?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
