Unlimited activity, of whatever kind, must end in bankruptcy.

STILLNESS
Anything that expands without a limit eventually consumes the thing that was feeding it. Energy, money, goodwill and attention are all finite stocks, and effort that never pauses to count what remains will spend past the bottom without noticing. The failure is not caused by the activity being wrong, it is caused by there being no point at which it stops. Growth with no boundary is a slower way of running out.
Name the limit out loud on whatever you have been doing more and more of lately. Decide what number, hour or amount is enough, before circumstances decide it for you.
Which part of your life is running with no limit set?
