Many the lumps of frankincense on the same altar; one falls there early and another late, but it makes no difference.

STILLNESS
Some go early and some go late, and the sequence carries less meaning than it seems to when you are in the middle of it. There is no order of merit in it, nothing earned or deserved, and people torment themselves looking for a reason. It is a matter of when, not of why.
If you have lost someone out of turn, you are not required to make sense of the timing, and no sense is available to be made. What can be done is smaller and more useful: mark the day, say the name aloud, keep something of theirs in use.
What would you want finished whether the end came early or late?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
