Few men have been admired by their own domestics.

LEADERSHIP
Admiration usually needs some distance. The people who see you at close range, in the ordinary hours, see the version you do not stage, and no reputation survives that fully intact. It is not that you are worse than your reputation, only that the reputation is edited and the near view is not.
This week, take the opinion of the people who see you daily as the more accurate one. If there is a gap between how you are described at a distance and how you behave at home or at your desk, close it from the near end.
What would the people who see you daily say about you?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
