For truth itself has not the privilege to be spoken at all times and in all sorts.

LEADERSHIP
Being right does not entitle you to say a thing at any moment, in any manner, to anyone. Timing and company change what a true sentence does when it lands, and a truth delivered badly can do more harm than a silence. Honesty is a matter of what you say; judgement is a matter of when.
Before you deliver the accurate thing this week, ask whether the person can use it now and whether you are the one to say it. If the answer is no on either count, hold it without deciding you will never say it. Wait for a better hour rather than swallowing it for good.
What true thing are you holding back until the moment fits?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
