A mountain was in labour, sending forth dreadful groans, and there was in the region the highest expectation. After all, it brought forth a mouse.

LEADERSHIP
Enormous noise around a small result is a pattern worth recognising early. Long build-up, dramatic effort, high expectation, and then something modest arrives while everyone pretends not to notice the gap. The noise is often what people produce instead of the work.
When something is being announced at great volume, ask quietly what will actually exist at the end of it. Do the same with your own projects, particularly the ones you have been talking about for months. Better to promise a mouse and deliver one than to advertise a mountain.
What did you announce loudly and deliver quietly?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
