CREATIVITY
Reading about something builds a description of it, and doing it builds the thing itself. The gap between the two is usually invisible until you attempt the task and discover that the parts you found obvious on the page are the parts that go wrong. Instruction can shorten the process, but it cannot replace the hours where your hands learn what your understanding cannot tell them.
Take whatever you have been studying and set a date to actually do it badly. Keep the first attempt small enough that failing costs nothing. Then repeat it more often than feels necessary, because repetition is where the learning is.
What are you still studying that you could start doing badly?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
