Starting badly still gives you something perfectionism cannot: material to improve.

RESILIENCE
Perfectionism produces nothing, which means it produces nothing to work with. A bad start hands you material, and material can be examined, cut, and improved, which is where quality actually comes from. The choice is not between good and bad work but between imperfect work and none.
Let the next thing you make be openly rough. Set a short time limit so the badness is intentional. Then improve it, which is a task you can do and staring at a blank page is not.
What would you rather do badly than continue not doing?
