LEADERSHIP
Becoming distinctly something guarantees that some people will be against you. A person with no clear shape offends nobody, and the moment you stand for a particular way of doing things, you are also standing against its alternatives and against the people invested in them. Opposition is therefore evidence that you have become legible rather than proof that you have done wrong.
When you find someone has taken against you, check first whether it is because of something you did badly or because of something you are. If it is the second, that is the cost of being anything in particular. Pay it and carry on.
Who dislikes you for exactly the thing you would not change?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
