Always be mindful of the kindness and not the faults of others.

CREATIVITY
Attention decides which version of a person you live with. Everyone you know is a mixture, and the parts you rehearse become the ones you meet first, so a habit of cataloguing faults produces a world populated by irritating people. This is not about pretending flaws are absent. It is about which list you keep updated.
Take one person who has been annoying you and recall something they did that was decent. Not to excuse anything, just to restore the other half of the record. Where a relationship has soured through accumulation rather than through any single injury, this is often what reverses it.
Whose faults do you catalogue more readily than their kindnesses?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
