Do not waste yourself in rejection, nor bark against the bad, but chant the beauty of the good.

STILLNESS
Opposition is easy to organise a life around, and it is strangely absorbing; being against something supplies energy, company and a sense of purpose without requiring you to build anything. The trouble is what it does to you over time, since a person shaped entirely by what they are against gradually comes to resemble it. Some things genuinely need opposing, so the caution concerns proportion rather than passivity.
Check the balance in what you say and share. For every criticism this week, put the same effort into praising something you actually think is good.
What good thing deserves the energy your complaints are taking?
