The available options are a list someone else assembled, usually for reasons that have nothing to do with your situation. Treating it as exhaustive is a habit rather than a conclusion, and a great deal of progress comes from people who simply declined to accept the menu.
When you dislike all your choices, spend an hour looking for a fourth one before deciding. Ask who made the list and whether it is actually complete. Frequently it is not.
Which set of choices were you handed and never questioned?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
