REFLECTION
When your own head is spinning, everything around you seems to be moving. Confusion, anger or panic inside a person gets projected outward, so the situation looks chaotic when much of the disorder is in the viewer. It is an old and very common mistake, and hard to catch while it is happening.
If the whole world seems to have gone mad at once, check your own state before drawing conclusions about it. Eat, sleep or wait an hour, then look again and see how much of the spinning remains.
When did your own state color everything around you?
