In a disordered mind, as in a disordered body, soundness of health is impossible.

REFLECTION
Mind and body are not separate compartments. Turmoil in one tends to show up in the other, and caring for your thoughts, sleep and emotional life is part of caring for your health as a whole. The older language of disorder sounds harsher than it needs to; nobody living with anxiety, depression or any other struggle is thereby unsound as a person.
If your mind has been in turmoil, consider treating that as seriously as you would a physical symptom. Talking to someone you trust, or to a professional if it is weighing heavily, is a reasonable step. Small steadying habits, like regular sleep and time outdoors, can support the rest.
What clutter in your thinking wears you out each day?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
