Music is nothing else but wild sounds civilized into time and tune.

STILLNESS
Every art is raw material held under a constraint until it becomes intelligible: noise given a beat, feeling given a shape, disorder put into a form somebody else can enter. The wildness is not removed, it is made transmissible, which is why the most ordered pieces can still land hardest. Structure and force work as partners here rather than opposites.
If something in you is churning, try giving it a form: a fixed number of lines, a set route to run, a meal to cook. The container is what makes the feeling handleable. It will still be yours afterwards.
What unruly part of you have you shaped into something usable?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
