Rebellion without truth is like spring in a bleak, arid desert.

REFLECTION
Opposition on its own produces heat and very little growth. It is possible to be entirely against something, loudly and for years, while carrying nothing accurate about what should replace it. The energy is real, the season arrives, and there is nothing in the ground for it to feed. What makes resistance fertile is an honest account of the situation underneath the anger.
If you are fighting something at work or at home, write down in plain words what you say is wrong and what you say would be better. Wherever the second half turns vague, that is the part to work on. Anger without a claim burns out.
Which of your objections rests on something you can verify?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
