One always has time enough, if one will apply it well.

STILLNESS
Shortage of time is often a shortage of decision. Hours vanish into things nobody chose and nobody enjoys, and by the end of the week the honest report is not that there were too few of them but that they went unsupervised. That does not apply to everyone equally, since some lives are genuinely full to the edges with work and care. Where any slack exists at all, though, it tends to leak rather than get spent.
Track where a single day goes without editing the record. Look for the hour you would not have chosen if anybody had asked. Reclaiming one of those is worth more than any system.
Where do your hours leak away without you noticing?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
