GRATITUDE
Children carry a message they have no idea they are delivering. They forgive faster than seems reasonable, assume the day contains something good, and keep no account of who owes what, which is the closest most of us come to seeing those qualities undiluted. Whether you read that as sacred or as human nature before it is trained down, the demonstration is the same. What looks like naivety is often the absence of defences you have since acquired.
Watch a child for a while and notice which of those you have quietly stopped doing. Then pick one and reinstate it for a day. Most were dropped for reasons that no longer apply.
When did a child last say something you needed to hear?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
