What is called genius is the abundance of life and health.

CREATIVITY
Brilliance often turns out to be energy: the capacity to stay interested, to go again, to be curious on a Tuesday when nothing is due. Ideas are cheap, and what separates those who make something from those who do not is often the surplus to pursue them. That surplus varies with circumstance and with the body, a matter of luck rather than rank or fault. Where it exists, spending it well matters more than any gift.
Look at where your good energy goes and whether anything you care about gets any. Protect the first two hours of your best days. Capacity spent on the trivial shows up nowhere later.
How does your work go on the days you are rested?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
