Keep your progress warm.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
Anything you leave alone for long enough goes cold, and reheating it costs more than keeping it going would have. The project you have not touched for a month needs to be reread before you can work on it, and the skill you have not practised needs rebuilding. A small regular touch keeps things at working temperature.
Rather than waiting for the free week that will let you properly resume something, give it fifteen minutes now. That is often enough to keep a thing alive. The goal is not progress but keeping the door from sticking shut.
Which unfinished thing needs your attention before it goes cold?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
