A man who dares to waste one hour of time has not discovered the value of life.

STILLNESS
Time is the one holding that cannot be topped up, and the force of the line comes from that fact rather than from any instruction to stay busy. Two very different things can be heard in it, so separate them: hours spent resting, playing or doing nothing much with someone you love are not waste, and neither are hours that work, care or illness simply require. What usually feels wasted afterwards is time spent drifting through things you neither chose nor needed.
Look at yesterday and mark the hours that drifted. If there were many, change one recurring block rather than trying to overhaul the week.
Which hour of your week do you regularly throw away?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
