Time is precious, but truth is more precious than time.

STILLNESS
Speed and honesty pull against each other more often than people admit. The quick answer, the smooth reassurance, the meeting ended early by agreeing with something you do not believe: each of those saves minutes and costs accuracy. Whatever gets built on the inaccurate version then takes far longer to unbuild.
Watch for the places where you are rushing past a disagreement rather than through it. Slowing down to say the real thing feels expensive in the moment, and it is. It is still the cheaper option once you count the weeks of confusion it prevents.
When did rushing cost you the accuracy of what you said?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
