RESILIENCE
Some of what you feel as dread is not a warning about danger. It is what standing in front of a genuinely open choice feels like from the inside. When nothing is decided for you, the ground has no edges, and the body reads that as falling. The size of the feeling matches the size of the freedom, not the size of any threat.
When the unease rises, ask whether something is actually coming at you or whether you are simply free to choose. If it is the second, narrowing helps. Pick one option and live inside it for a week.
Which open choice unsettles you more than having no option would?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
