It is better to lose health like a spendthrift than to waste it like a miser.

STILLNESS
There are two ways to arrive at the end of your strength. One is to have spent it on work you cared about, people you loved, days that asked something of you. The other is to have guarded it so carefully that it quietly went anyway, unused. Health is not a savings account; it drains whether or not you draw on it. Not all of this is in anyone’s control, and some of it is simply luck.
Where you do have a choice, ask what you are saving your energy for. If the answer is nothing in particular, spend some of it this week on something that matters to you.
Are you saving your energy for a day that keeps receding?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
