RESILIENCE
Resistance is often what is holding something up. A kite climbs because the string pulls against the wind, and cutting it does not produce freedom, it produces a fall. Obligations, deadlines and people who expect things of you work similarly, at least up to a point. Some of what feels like being held back is the reason you are off the ground.
Before you cut something loose this week, ask whether it is weighing you down or providing the tension you need. If it is genuinely dragging, that is different and worth handling deliberately.
