Legacy isn’t the speech at the end. It’s the hundred small choices you made on regular Tuesdays.

LEADERSHIP
How you are remembered is built out of unremarkable days, not out of the summary somebody gives at the end. Whether you were fair when it cost you nothing, whether you helped when nobody was watching, whether you kept your word on something small; those accumulate into what people actually think. No single instance feels significant, which is why it is easy to postpone being that person until it matters more. It never announces that it is mattering.
Pick the ordinary behavior you would want repeated about you and do it today. Not in a large way. Today, and then again tomorrow.
What did you choose last Tuesday that nobody else noticed?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
