A plan that asks nothing new of you will produce more of what you already have. If you want something different, the plan has to include at least one part you do not yet know how to do, and that is the part that feels uncomfortable while you are writing it down.
Look at your current plan and find the piece that scares you slightly. If there is not one, what you have is a schedule. Add a step that requires asking somebody or learning something you cannot do yet.
