Some of your biggest wins will never be posted. Celebrate them anyway, even if it’s just you and your playlist.

A lot of what matters most is unshareable. Getting through a bad month, turning down something that would have cost you, fixing a thing nobody knew was broken. None of that photographs, and if the only wins that feel real are the visible ones, you will miss most of your own life.

Think of one thing you did recently that nobody knows about. Mark it somehow, even if that is a walk and a particular song on the way home. Private recognition still counts as recognition.
