Somebody before you worked jobs they hated so you could have choices. Make the choices count.

Options rarely appear from nowhere. Somewhere behind yours there is usually somebody who took work they did not enjoy so the next person would have more room. That is not a bill you have to repay, and it is still worth knowing about while you decide what to do with the room you have.

Find out one specific thing somebody did that made your situation easier. Let it inform how seriously you take the choice in front of you. Then pick something you would actually want to tell them about.
