Leadership shows up when a decision has to be made and nobody wants to make it. Be the one who does.

Most groups stall in the same place, at the moment where somebody has to pick and be wrong out loud. Everyone can feel it. Titles do not help here, because the person with the title is often the one hoping someone else speaks. Leading is mostly the willingness to absorb being the one who chose.

The next time a group text or a huddle goes quiet around a decision, name two options and pick one. Say it as a suggestion if that feels easier. Movement is what people follow.
