The choice you make when you’re exhausted is the one that tells the truth about your training.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Anyone can make the right call when rested and watched. Tiredness removes the part of you that performs, and what is left is whatever you have actually built through repetition. That is not a judgment of your character so much as a readout of your habits. Habits are what run when nothing is supervising them.
Look at what you do at the end of a long day, and treat it as information rather than failure. Then change the setup rather than the willpower: what is within reach, what is already prepared.
What do you default to at midnight when energy is gone?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
