Results arrive whether or not you were paying attention, and they do not adjust for how busy you were. The lesson gets delivered either way, which makes experience the most reliable instructor and the most expensive one. Everything else you could learn from is optional. This one is not, so the question is whether you take notes.

After anything that went badly, spend five minutes writing what you would do differently, while it is still uncomfortable. That discomfort is the part that makes it stick. Otherwise the same lesson simply comes back, later and at a higher price.
