Everything else can be recovered eventually. Money comes back, grades can be repaired, most friendships survive a bad stretch. Hours are the one account with withdrawals only, and the strange part is that they are the thing people guard least, because there always seems to be more of them arriving tomorrow.

Look honestly at where one weekday afternoon went this week. Not to feel bad about it, just to see the number. Most people find an hour or two they would gladly have spent differently, and that is the part you can move.
