Make the thing you wish existed. Chances are somebody else has been wishing for it too.

Wanting something that does not exist is market research you did for free. If a gap annoys you often enough to notice, odds are it annoys other people who never said anything either. Most things that feel obvious in hindsight started as one person getting tired of waiting. The wish is the useful part, because it comes with a clear description of what is missing.

Write down three things you have looked for and failed to find. A playlist, a tool, a club, a zine. Pick the smallest one and make a rough version this month for exactly one person, yourself.
