You’ll need a stack of bad sketches before a good one shows up. That’s not failure, that’s inventory.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Bad early attempts are not failed work, they are the material the good one gets built from. You cannot jump straight to the strong idea, because you do not yet know which ideas are weak, and finding that out means producing them. The stack is what you shop from once the real version finally shows up.
Set a quota rather than a quality target for the first stretch. Twenty sketches, ten headlines, five arrangements. Let them be bad on purpose, then go back through and pull the two with something in them.
How many rough tries are you willing to stack up?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
