A gift you bury because it scares you still has an owner who expected a return.

GRATITUDE
Burying something is usually framed as modesty when it is mostly fear. A gift that frightens you is still a gift, and hiding it does not return it or cancel the expectation attached to it. God is not asking for a masterpiece, only for the thing to be in use rather than in the ground.
Take the thing you keep saying you are not good enough at yet and use it once this week, small and low stakes. Let the first attempt be poor. Buried and unused is the only outcome that definitely produces nothing.
Which talent of yours are you hiding because using it terrifies you?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
