Seeds don’t dig themselves up to check progress. Let what God planted stay planted.

Digging something up to inspect the roots is how you kill it. The checking feels responsible, and every time you do it you interrupt the only process that was going to produce anything. Growth underground looks identical to nothing happening, which is why the urge to verify gets so strong. What was planted needs time more than it needs your supervision.
Pick the thing you keep re-examining, the prayer, the decision, the slow change in yourself. Leave it alone for a month without auditing it. Water it in the ordinary ways and check the calendar instead of the roots.
What are you checking too often to let it grow?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
