Every team has someone doing the dirty work nobody highlights. Know their name.

Every group runs on work that does not photograph well. Somebody sets up the chairs, guards the best player and never scores, answers the message nobody wants to answer. The scoreboard has no column for it, so it can look like that person is doing less when they are holding the whole thing together.

Find that person where you are and learn what they actually do all week. Say it out loud once, in front of others if you can. Being seen by one person is often enough to make an unglamorous job worth doing again tomorrow.
