Work long enough on one thing that its second layer becomes visible.

RESILIENCE

WHAT THIS MEANS

Anything worth doing has a surface that is legible immediately and a second layer that only opens after long contact. The first layer is what a summary can carry. The second is the texture, the exceptions, the reason the obvious approach fails in practice. Most people never see it because they leave while the work still feels solved.

Pick one thing you have been doing at surface level and stay with it past the point where it stops teaching you anything new. That flat stretch is usually the door, not the ceiling. Give it a few more weeks before deciding it has nothing left.
