A reduced effort can still preserve a valuable rhythm.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
A rhythm is more valuable than any individual session inside it, and rhythms break through absence rather than through weakness. Ten reduced minutes keep the pattern alive, keep the work in your head between sessions, and keep the return easy. Zero minutes cost you far more than the difference in output suggests.
On the days you cannot give it much, give it something small rather than nothing. The point is not the output of that day. It is that tomorrow you are still someone in the middle of this, not someone starting again.
What smaller version of your habit would still count?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
