Notice the work at home nobody claps for: the laundry, the lunches, the bills. Then say something.
LEADERSHIP
LEADERSHIP
Some work only becomes visible when it stops. Clean clothes, food in the fridge, the lights staying on: none of it announces itself, so it quietly reads as weather rather than effort. Somebody is doing it, usually tired, usually without being thanked. The point is not guilt, it is being accurate about what your week is built on.
Name one specific thing out loud this week. Not a general thanks for everything, but the actual item: the lunches, the early drive, the bill that got paid. Specific lands, while general sounds like something you learned to say.
Which chore at your house gets done with no thanks?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
