Winning with a team means sharing the moment, not just the photo.

Including people in the record and including them in the moment are two different things. The photo is easy and happens automatically. Turning to somebody in the middle of it and saying the thing about the pass nobody noticed is a decision made in four seconds, while you are distracted by your own joy. Most people skip it without realising.

After the next good result, find whoever contributed something that will not appear anywhere. Tell them exactly what they did. That is the part they still have next season.
