Integrity means being the same person in every open tab.

Running different versions of yourself in different places takes constant management, and the management is what tires people out. One version for the family, one for the group chat, one for the account nobody knows about. None of them is entirely false, which is what makes the split easy to maintain and expensive to carry.

Look at your own tabs honestly for a minute. Ask which version would be hardest to explain to the others. Start closing that gap in small moves, rather than trying to become consistent all at once.
