You’re already someone’s role model. Your only choice is whether you’re a good one.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Somebody younger is already copying you, and you probably do not know who. A cousin, a sibling, a kid in the year below who watches how you speak to people and how you behave when you lose. Nobody applies for that job and there is no way to decline it. The only variable is what gets copied.
Pick the behaviour you would least want repeated back to you and work on that one this week. How you talk about people who are not in the room is usually the place to start. Assume somebody is watching, because somebody is.
Who is copying you right now without you noticing?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
