Being the youngest doesn’t make you the baby forever. Speak up like you know that.

Families freeze roles at the age they were assigned. You keep growing and the role does not update on its own, so people talk over you out of habit rather than because they decided your opinion is worthless. The update happens when the evidence changes, which means when you start speaking like someone with something to say.

Say one real thing at the table this week, on a topic you actually know about. Do not raise your voice and do not apologize beforehand. Expect the first couple to get talked over. Roles shift slowly, and they shift because somebody kept going.
