REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Most of what sits in your head arrived by default. A comment from a group chat, an opinion absorbed from whoever talks loudest, a standard you never agreed to but keep measuring yourself against. None of it asked permission, and once it is in there it starts to feel like yours.
Take one belief you carry and ask who actually handed it to you. If you cannot name the source, that is a sign it can be moved. Keep what you would choose again and let the rest sit by the door.
