Become ready internally for outcomes you are working toward externally.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
External work moves you toward an outcome. Internal readiness determines whether you can hold it when it arrives. People arrive at things they worked years for and find themselves unequal to them, not for lack of skill but because they never developed the temperament the thing required.
Ask what kind of person handles well what you are aiming at, and be honest about the distance. Then close some of it deliberately, now, while the pressure is still hypothetical.
Would the thing you want find you ready if it arrived tomorrow?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
