Discipline gets a lot easier once it stops being a debate.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Most of the effort goes into the argument rather than the activity. You negotiate for twenty minutes about whether to go, build a solid case for tomorrow, feel guilty, then go anyway and find it was fine. The deciding is what wears you down, and it repeats every single time as long as the question stays open.
Close the question on one thing this week. Same time, no vote, no checking how you feel about it first. Doing it unmotivated a few times is what turns it from a decision into a default.
Which daily thing do you still argue with yourself about?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
