You’re allowed to be proud of something nobody else noticed.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Most of what is hard about your life happens where there is no audience. Getting up when it would have been easy not to, saying the awkward thing, not sending the message, doing the work when nothing was due. None of it gets acknowledged, for the simple reason that nobody was there.
Take one of those from this week and give it the credit yourself. Say it out loud, or write the line down somewhere. Waiting for someone else to notice means most of what you actually did never gets counted at all.
What private accomplishment deserves your own quiet celebration?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
